Dr. L. Ronald Martin
received his dental degree from Loyola University, New Orleans; masters degree in Oral Biology from George Washington University
Washington, D.C.; and his residency in endodontics at the National Naval Medical
Center, Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Martin is a native of Jackson, Mississippi, and is the former Professor
and Chairman of the Department of Endodontics at the University of Mississippi
School of Dentistry.
Dr. Martin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, a Fellow
in the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the American College of Dentists, and
a member of the Advisory Council on Endodontics for Sybron Endo. He retired
from the Naval Reserve at the rank of Captain.
For fifteen years, Dr. Martin was in private practice limited to endodontics
in Jackson, Mississippi, and now works full time developing teaching
and training videos for dentistry. He consults with dental companies
concerning new and existing dental products and also lectures nationally
and internationally. Dr. Martin holds a clinical professorship in the
Department of Endodontics at the University of Mississippi School of
Dentistry and was one of the primary lecturers at the Cloudland Institute
in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
